Custom Group Website
Every SmartRaise member group receives a free website at www.smartraise.com/groupname. This website doesn't require any knowledge of web design to maintain—you simply fill in a few questions on our “web page generator” form and it will be created for you. This form will allow you to provide a group name, description, contact information. You can also upload a group logo and choose a page color scheme to match your group's colors.

Photo Album
If you wish, your group's page can include an “online photo album” of up to 100 digital photos. You can put a caption under each photo and visitors to the site can browse the album to learn more about your group. Visitors can “subscribe” to your photo album so that they receive an e-mail when new photos are added.

Calendar
If you wish, your group's page can include an “events calendar” that lists upcoming events for your group. You can add and remove events from the calendar using a simple interface on our web page generator. Visitors can “subscribe” to your event calendar so that they are e-mailed reminders a day in advance of each upcoming event.

Promotional Tools
These tools are designed to help you get the word out about your group's membership at SmartRaise. The more supporters you tell, the more purchases you create and the more money you can earn.

E-Mail Alerts
You can use our online e-mail alerts system to send e-mails to your supporters. Simply paste in a list of e-mail addresses and we will add them to your “supporter address book.” We can keep track of which ones have joined SmartRaise and which ones currently have your group listed as their designated cause. Then, you can send e-mails any time you want to remind those who haven't joined to sign up and remind those who have to keep coming back! [Note: We will never sell your supporters’ e-mail addresses to any third party. We also never send e-mail to any non-member unless you ask us to through this site.]

Letter Home Generator
You can use one of our many “letter home” templates to create a custom letter to send home with your group members. These letters explain what SmartRaise is and how friends, family and community members can help your group raise money.

Flyer Generator
You can use one of our flier templates to create fliers and posters that announce your group's SmartRaise membership and how readers can learn more and help your group raise money.
